All Sales Final — No Refund Policy

All sales made on Williams Green are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed or delivered.

Exceptions The only exception to this policy is if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@wearwilliamsgreen.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, if approved, will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
