1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [3-5] business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected. You will be able to review all shipping costs before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Carriers

Williams Green LLC ships exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping speeds will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Williams Green LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Williams Green LLC ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com. If you have not received tracking information within [3] business days of your order, please contact us at support@wearwilliamsgreen.com.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Williams Green LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting your local USPS facility
  • Filing a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Williams Green LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@wearwilliamsgreen.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
